@Roundandroundwego You may not know it but the US and most other modern countries have in place war plans to either attack and or defend against any country on earth that may be a threat. We have in place a plan on how to attack Russia, China, N Korea and dozens of other countries. That's the way all militaries work. They don't wait for a threat to occur then start planning.

@MoveAlong no, everyone in all militaries doesn't work like that. Only the USA spends billions on "think tanks". Only the USA spends so much on war and decides ahead of time they're going to dominate everywhere. Everyone sure doesn't. But everyone hears you project. And everyone is shocked.
