Who might prevent Trump from attacking Iran – the US Congress or Putin?

From what I gathered Trump can’t attack Iran without the approval of Congress – but I’m sure he figures he doesn't need their approval. But I do think mentally he needs Putin’s approval (sort of like a dictators bro code). So I figure if Putin say's don't attack Iran Trump probably won't. Cheers!

I don't buy into the Blue Anon Russiagate conspiracy theory BS.

But Russia and China back Iran and could make it very very costly for Americans.

As for Congress. None of them have been able to find their spines for decades.
