President Trump and Les Misérables | What a Joke!
This is the biggest joke of the century. A President who wishes to impose fascism on the country he governs goes to a centre of performing arts to watch 'Les Misérables'. A play in which idealistic students and citizens protest, demanding more democracy, social justice, an end to a harsh legal system, and social inequality. All of these traits are visible under President Trump's administration. He doesn't like protests; he definitely wishes to crush the voice of university students and citizens who protest for the right cause. He likes the idea of autocracy more than democracy by enforcing aggressive law measures.
I can't blame him for the social inequality because it is visible in every country today. The rich of almost every country support the idea of power and wealth being concentrated in the hands of them so that they can control various sections of the society easily. Are rich people solely responsible for this inequality? No! For years, it's the working class that has danced to their tunes and is now in no state of battling their false practices. We happily bought their products and services, we happily worked for more than the required number of hours, we happily supported the evil politicians they supported, and we happily ignored the outcome of our actions. As a result, we have authoritarian governments across the globe today, and they wish to stifle our voices. Is every rich person evil? No! However, there's no denying that most are. Every great empire that you see today has done something shady to get where it is today and covered it successfully.
Coming back to President Trump's administration. Well, he's dragging the USA towards Civil War every day. Most MAGA supporters regret voting for him. They have realised that the man fooled them. Yet, there's a good percentage of MAGA supporters who are blindly supporting Trump without thinking of the country's future. It's always the innocents who suffer the most in any war. I am glad that the other states are protesting too now.
Illegal immigrants must be deported. Nobody is against it, but what can be done without any use of force is being done by using unnecessary force. Yes! US Democrats are equally responsible for the mayhem the USA and the world are witnessing today, but the way Mr Trump is handling the matters it is only complicating and making things harder, not only for the USA but the world as well.
