Is this just another day in the life of a TACO?

16 days ago Trump said he was very mad at Putin – and he gave Putin 2 weeks to start peace talks with Ukraine or else. Since then Russia has refused to talk with Ukraine. And Trump hasn't put any tariffs on Russia.
So to me it looks more like a root than a TACO (Trump is rooting for Putin). Cheers!
