@FoxyQueen The distinction is: We did not remove their right to due process et al; they did when they individually chose to commit these atrocities on others. They can cry that “these people aren’t citizens!” but the Constitution clearly says “all persons.”

And if these actions aren’t illegal, why do they need to hide behind masks and use undo force?
