Trump is pausing the tariffs because nobody are almost nobody is coming to the table. The White House administration says that 75 countries are calling to negotiate / keywords ""White House administration says and then they won't give a list of the countries"" as written in Forbes.
And every time he puts a pause on the terrace stop goes back up a bit.
He sees it, he knows it's not working so he's letting up but then there are those who will fall for whatever he says.
