Is Kilmer Armado Abrego-Garcia dead?

It's very possible that Trump is fighting the return of a man mistakenly sent to a brutal prison in El Salvador because he's dead. Why else would he be fighting so hard over a mistake?

I would put nothing past Trump. Absolutely nothing.
So I can totally believe that his racism could’ve gotten someone who was living here legally deported and even murdered.
I hope Mr. Garcia is still alive, but I wouldn’t be surprised. 😞
