What’s the “or else” here? What’s the consequence if the federal government fails to meet the deadline for his return?

I wish you all the best of success with your protest. I think you are exceptionally brave to standard up for what you believe in. You are doing it on behalf of the whole of the rest of the world and I do hope we are all with you and support you.

@Captain Thank you! Pray for our country!
Captain · 61-69, M
@KunsanVeteran Im praying for the world here. America is the most powerful country inthe world and what Trump is doing is going to end its world wide influence and power, destroy its welath and by bringing down the stock market, its ability to invest in next technology and carry onm its leadership of the world, bankrupt its suppliers which willcause a world wide depression as everyne sle does depend on it, and hand over leadership of the worlds economics politics and international paertnerships ro China and ultimately India. If America turns its back on Europe, Europe will have no choice but to turn back to China. Trump is either playing the biggest poker bluff ever or he's stupid, so he's either recklessly brave or a moron. Either way its not a good look , and I dont think he realises that China and India wil probably figure out that their best tactic is to sit on the sidelines here and let the shit show happen.
Random question, what nationally would the last name Xinis be? Greek? Just interesting to me, I have absolutely no clue how to pronounce it.
Anyways, I'm honestly a little disappointed they didn't rule that ALL of them have to be returned, as my understanding is they were ordered they they can't send any of them, and they sent them all.
Um, we're paying them $6 million dollars for them to detain prisoners... the administration might have no official legal jurisdiction in El Salvador... but they're supposedly to keep jurisdiction of all their prisoners... especially since they're supposed to be locked in prison for the next year.
If they can't find him, then at LEAST one of the following happen (if not more than one)
1) They didn't try to find him
2) They're purposely hiding him
3) He's dead
They should be able to go to the prison that they're all staying in, and find him fairly simply. Especially if El Salvador wants their money...

@sstronaut The responses that the tRUMP DO(in)J lawyer gave the judge strongly imply that they really didn’t follow that theory which they initially claimed…
@KunsanVeteran From what I can tell, the lawyers are lying like crazy right now, saying anything and everything...
But if the law enforcement and plane followed standard protocols, then they should have a list of everyone.

@sstronaut Correct:: they should
It is highly doubtful that they actually did
Until such information is handed over to the judge and the prisoners are retrieved from El Salvador, I will join that judge as highly skeptical

You know what? I think I'm going to make a t-shirt that says "The cruelty is the point".
Captain · 61-69, M
@LordShadowfire I still cant firgye out why so many American women voted against freedon to have abortion. that is the most baffling madness I have ever witnessed in my life. Who says turkeys dont vote for Christmas ?
LordShadowfire · 46-50, M
@Captain They think it's cruel to perform abortions. I've been arguing with one in particular, and she is in abject denial of what's happening to women who miscarry as a result of the laws she supports.
Captain · 61-69, M
@LordShadowfire And they forget that the choice to have an abortion is itself traumatic for a woman anyway.

We'll seen won't we.
KunsanVeteran · M
@SomeMichGuy Whatever happens to this man should be inflicted on Trump! This demands “An Eye For An Eye Justice!”
SomeMichGuy · M
@KunsanVeteran I wish it were so
Captain · 61-69, M
@KunsanVeteran We should not sink to lower levels. We should be better than that. We should find a reason to impeach Trump and his vice President, because isnt it correct that if you impeach Trump, Pants becomes President. ? Ford was sworn in when Nixon was kicked out
Captain · 61-69, M
Juar because you're the most powerful person in the world doesnt mean you can control everything or everyone
