Trump Makes FATAL Error in Court and FAILED to Cover it Up

[media=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HI9UugxxM_4]

Judge Paula Xinis of the US District Court in Maryland directed the federal government to return Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran national, to the US no later than 11:59 p.m. on April 7.

But can they even do it? The tRUMP misadministration has no jurisdiction in El Salvador.

Random question, what nationally would the last name Xinis be? Greek? Just interesting to me, I have absolutely no clue how to pronounce it.

Anyways, I'm honestly a little disappointed they didn't rule that ALL of them have to be returned, as my understanding is they were ordered they they can't send any of them, and they sent them all.

Um, we're paying them $6 million dollars for them to detain prisoners... the administration might have no official legal jurisdiction in El Salvador... but they're supposedly to keep jurisdiction of all their prisoners... especially since they're supposed to be locked in prison for the next year.

If they can't find him, then at LEAST one of the following happen (if not more than one)

1) They didn't try to find him
2) They're purposely hiding him
3) He's dead

They should be able to go to the prison that they're all staying in, and find him fairly simply. Especially if El Salvador wants their money...
@sstronaut Do they even have the identities of everyone who they illegally deported? How accurate is their information? I am betting not at all accurate…
@KunsanVeteran In theory they were supposed to identify all of them before making a decision of what to do with them.

And in theory all planes (at least all US planes) are supposed to have a list of all whom are on board.

So if you mean this plane trip, then they should.

If you mean all that they have deported of all time, then probably not.
@sstronaut The responses that the tRUMP DO(in)J lawyer gave the judge strongly imply that they really didn’t follow that theory which they initially claimed…
@KunsanVeteran From what I can tell, the lawyers are lying like crazy right now, saying anything and everything...

But if the law enforcement and plane followed standard protocols, then they should have a list of everyone.
@sstronaut Correct:: they should

It is highly doubtful that they actually did

Until such information is handed over to the judge and the prisoners are retrieved from El Salvador, I will join that judge as highly skeptical
