It’s really just waiting for the other shoe to drop.
I’m still disappointed that my country elected a white supremacist, but I guess that’s who the majority of the people here are, now.

@bijouxbroussard 49% isn't a majority. It's a hell of a lot more people than I would have thought, though.

2/3 of the country is fine with this. It sucks but that's what it is (*assuming they didn't cheat and the numbers given are truthful)

@Elessar I never assume he didn't cheat. He cheated in 2016, tried cheating in 2020, and absolutely cheated in 2024.

But you're right. Every single person in this country who didn't vote, cast their vote for Donald Trump.
