Just for your information eli1601, Trump and the Republicans are not back, but Trump and MAGA are back.
In case nobody told you, the Republican Party of America no longer exists. That party was hijacked by MAGA from which Trump rose to infamy on the unsuspecting backs of Republican voters.
Hitler did exactly the same thing to Mussolini back in the 1930's when Nazism was gaining momentum, though Nazism was virtually unknown to the mainstream at the time. But Mussolini was very popular among Europeans who Hitler then hijacked when he partnered with Mussolini.
Now, MAGA-ism is gaining momentum to the point where it's extreme right-wing faction was able to hijack the 2024 Presidential Election through the populace vote of center-right Republican voters.
