Trump shot at Butler, Pennsylvania rally. He is okay. Shooter is dead, and one innocent bystander at the rally.
Trump was shot or grazed in the head, just above his right ear. He was recorded with blood running down the side of his head, and onto his face. It appears that the shooter was trying for a head shot, and missed.

The significance of whether it was a bullet relates to the intent of the shooter. A bullet means that the shooter was aiming at Trump. A fragment could mean that the shooter was aiming elsewhere, or simply just trying to scare Trump off.
Watching Wray add in "fragment" suggest that the deep state is trying to cover all bases.
Add that to Wray's insistence that Biden appeared to be of sound mind whenever Wray dealt personal with him and all the little hints add up. Especially when compared to the way the Democrat Central Committee told Biden to withdraw, which he did.
@Heartlander Wray is a sellout, IMO. It makes me sick to my stomach seeing the National Director of the FBI attempt to diminish a real event and make it seem as though it was not quite as horrifying as it really was.
THIS does not appear to be a "fragment".
The ER doctor who treated Trump said that he damage to the tissue was definitely from a bullet.
