Dream on!! Falsifying business documents is a New York State crime. I don't think there's even federal statute about it.
Unless SCOTUS finds that New York State law unconstitutional (which they can't - those pesky states rights) then they have no say over a perfectly legal jury conviction in New York State.

@ElwoodBlues The argument is that Twitler wrote a few of the checks after he was president. So the whole thing gets appealed up to the Supreme Court to rule on it, hopefully not until after the election.
