Time for Special Counsel Jack Smith to file charges in DC and/or NJ

Given the obvious ineptitude and bias of Cannon, is it time for Jack Smith to file charges re: the classified documents case in DC or NJ?

Or should Jack Smith file for Mandamus before jeopardy attaches?

Smith has actually been quite generous to Judge Cannon in not referring her to be removed from the case, so far. And she has obliged by stepping a little further over the line at each stage. He has so be close now to not only having her removed from the case, but removed as a sitting judge, by impeachment or however the local rules work..😷
