Options to assure compliance with the legal gag rule

1. Inform Quad Indicted that further violations will be tabulated and enforced with incarceration at the end of the trial.

2. Incarcerate him for weekends and only allow his lawyers to visit him for documented legal preparations.

3. Appoint a babysitter who supervises him and if he breaks the court appointed terms his pre-trial release is revoked.
