I don't know who created the top image. The bottom image was a real live protest that people held outside Trump Tower.

@ElwoodBlues Yeah, I see that. I just wanted to know how the first one was made, because using Meme Generator Pro for Android works for a lot of stuff, but that top picture blew mine out of the water.
