Why do Americans that believe CNN's (and the rest of mass media) lies think Trump is the new Hitler?

I mean, I didn't vote for the guy, but the unexplainable hate towards him is insane!

Update: the debates have been interesting to read. But there's an obvious polarization on the side of those that hate him. Like I said, I don't have a horse in this race, but the raw hatred just boggles my mind. Sure, he can be crude, but who of us isn't at times?

@Ducky I've always seen Trump as being more like Göring. Hitler, Goebbels, Himmler, they were all ideological Nazis, whereas Göring was just an opportunist using Nazism to further his career.

@black4white I sure don't care for Trump, but I don't think he's that bad. I will say that I don't like how outlets like CNN go out of their way to demonize him to the point of blatant bias and dishonesty. All they're doing it discrediting themselves and making him look good. I think that played a big reason in why he won in 2016.

What exactly does Trump have to do to be as bad as we say he is? Does he actually have to do a Holocaust before we can call him fascist?
