There’s a gag order on him, because for whatever reason, people are stupid enough to still believe what he says and to do anything he suggests. And it’s resulted in actual deaths. If he were anyone else, [b]anyone[/b] else, he would’ve been jailed the first time he breached the gag order and running for public office would’ve been as remote a possibility to him as flying to Mars.

He’ll keep arguing that as president, he has the right to fight a rigged election ( not that actually knows it’s rigged ) and as the sitting president, he can’t be charged. He just needs to keep up the act, and let his cronies do the work.
