This tactic is not going to work.

@KunsanVeteran yes, that court has found that to be the case. I just don’t think it’s going to stick but time will tell.
@Bluebirdsonmyshoulder 91 Felony counts. But you think they should wait until he’s actually in jail ? There’s a gag order on him, because for whatever reason, people are stupid enough to still believe what he says and to do anything he suggests. And it’s resulted in actual deaths. If he were anyone else, anyone else, he would’ve been jailed the first time he breached the gag order and running for public office would’ve been as remote a possibility to him as flying to Mars.

He’ll keep arguing that as president, he has the right to fight a rigged election ( not that actually knows it’s rigged ) and as the sitting president, he can’t be charged. He just needs to keep up the act, and let his cronies do the work.

This is a big deal. I think there's like 30 states that either filed or were considering it but the early judgements allowed him in the ballot. This could create a new push and different verdicts. And rightfully so. It's great to see real justice for a change.

@bijouxbroussard Well, the odds of that happening depend, of course, on which state you live in…however, every state that follows Colorado’s lead puts their Electoral College votes out of his reach!
@KunsanVeteran California. Trump hates us, and for a solid majority the feeling’s mutual. Our governor’s made him look like an idiot quite a few times.

@bijouxbroussard True, but that’s easy to do and always entertaining!

While I believe that the SCOTUS should not take up this issue, I would be happy to see a statewide popular vote to exclude Quad Indicted from the ballot.

Since QI is doing everything possible to drag out his prosecution, it will put the issue directly to the voters: did QI’s actions & words constitute an insurrection?

And that’s what the GQP cultists say “let the voters decide—not the courts!”

Hopefully the Supreme Court will concur.

Trump is a business man not a politician, problem is sometimes you need someone like him to sought out the crap politicians make.
KunsanVeteran · 61-69, M
@Justenjoyit LOL! Seriously?

He’s a crook. He’s a pathological liar. He’s a fraud. He’s mentally unstable.

We’ll see how “rich” he is when all of his trials end. And we’ll see him in prison.
Justenjoyit · 56-60, M
@KunsanVeteran So what did he mess up so bad when he was in office🤔
@Justenjoyit 🤦🏽‍♀️
I just knew it was going to happen in Colorado. They don't care for him there.

Still amazing news, though.
