While I believe that the SCOTUS should not take up this issue, I would be happy to see a statewide popular vote to exclude Quad Indicted from the ballot.
Since QI is doing everything possible to drag out his prosecution, it will put the issue directly to the voters: did QI’s actions & words constitute an insurrection?
And that’s what the GQP cultists say “let the voters decide—not the courts!”
