@onewithshoes Really? she's NOT a child, she's a 41 year old married woman with a University education and a fortune of her own and should be held to account as should tRump himself.

I just think maybe the parent/child relationship should be respected in law just as sacred just like in the husband/ wife bond,
but that's just my opinion, and the law is based on an ancient, and probably wiser consensus..

@onewithshoes I understand why you think that but even the husband/wife bond being used to prevent legal testimony is based on antiquated and outdated precepts. Spousal Testimonial Privilege in Common Law was based on the fictitious precept that husband and wife were one person because the wife "belonged" to her husband so therefor wasn't competent to testify against him.
