D*&#; these judges just won’t cut ole Twice Impeached a break!

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney rejected efforts by Twice Impeached and Cathy Latham (one of the Georgia GQP fake electors) to toss evidence in the criminal investigation into the former president’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election in Georgia and to disqualify the district attorney investigating him.

But remember voters, they’re not coming after Twice Impeached; they’re coming after you!/S

Good for them ! I went to college in Fulton County and I’m glad they stood up to him.

@bijouxbroussard Georgia?
@bijouxbroussard Remember, a sitting POTUS can’t pardon or commutate state sentences!

Go Georgia!
@originnone Yes, in Atlanta.
@KunsanVeteran This is what the DA’s dealing with from Trump’s supporters:

@bijouxbroussard Another hypothetical.....What if Trump loses and actually concedes in the primary....After the term he "won" in 2020 is over, I would think that even he would have to stop....
@originnone Never bet on ole Twice Impeached to do the right thing.

@KunsanVeteran Contrary to popular belief, he's not dumb. He appears to be both narcissistic and to have a warped sense of reality, but I bet he could kill anyone on here on an IQ test.
@originnone Sorry, I disagree with you there. He reads at a grade school level. He hired someone to take the SAT for him. He actually believed COVID could be treated by injecting bleach. He thought you could stop hurricanes by dropping nuclear bombs on them. He was completely ignorant that Russia had annexed Crimea. These are not signs of intelligence.

@KunsanVeteran Well, I cold be wrong....
@originnone He certainly likes to tell people he’s intelligent, but there’s very little (if any) proof to back up his boasts.

@originnone Oh I don't know about that. Did you see how hard he labored to remember the 5 words - person woman - man - camera - TV. Cheers!

@Nanoose Oh, that happens to everyone. I wouldn't use that as evidence.
@originnone What have you seen that would make you imagine Trump’s anywhere near a genius ? Whenever cheating or being dishonest has been an option, he’s taken it. Now I know he considers that clever, but most people with integrity don’t. 🥺
@originnone That question is from the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA). It was administered to Trump on his yearly Presidential physical examination. Frankly, it is puzzling that he sat for it because the test is normally administered only if someone is concerned that they or their loved ones may be experiencing dementia or other cognitive decline. Trump boasted that he scored a perfect score (which many doubt because it was apparently administered by Dr. Ron Jackson—a former Navy Rear Admiral of dubious integrity). Trump made a big issue out of it and kept bringing it up because he didn’t understand what the MoCA is actually used to screen for (I.e. early dementia).
@originnone Here is a link where you can see the MoCA examination and I think you’ll agree that it is hardly an IQ test. The highest possible score is 30 and scores of 26 — 30 are considered normal. It can be scored a bit more leniently for child under 12.
