@BohemianBoo Crack heads are usually the problem
@HoraceGreenley At least he's doing a class action lawsuit against all machines.
HoraceGreenley · 56-60, M
@BohemianBoo I don't know what that means. Does it mean he prefers real women as prostitutes rather than dolls?
Trump has the biggest debt per term. Everybody's talking about it - everybody's amazed at how big it is. So much winning!!

Also peak debt per year - Trump added nearly four trillion dollars of debt in 2020 alone!! Everybody is totally amazed at Trump's incredible ability to pile up debt!!

"We're not a rich country. We're a debtor nation...We've got to get rid of the $19 trillion in debt," Trump told The Washington Post in April 2016, several months before the election he would win. "I think I could do it fairly quickly...I would say over a period of eight years," Trump added, and suggested he would do so by renegotiating trade deals and creating trade surpluses.

I don't understand why people need someone to "blame the most". Blame all of them. If 4 years aren't enough to get rid of debt then 4 years aren't enough to accumulate all of it either. Don't discriminate, blame them all, make them all take responsibility and don't be lenient with any of them.
@HannibalAteMeOut It’s not all equal, though. We had a president whose primary intent was to use the presidency to enrich himself and his cronies. So his four years (and the number of people affiliated with him who were charged with actual crimes) was different from the administrations of his predecessor and his successor.
HannibalAteMeOut · 22-25, F
@bijouxbroussard hmm maybe I'm just used to politicians whose primary intent is always just to enrich themselves and launder crimes to the point that I don't think that any administration does not do that... So as for the debt I think it's fair to blame them all. Usually blamimg someone a bit more than others is translated into that someone not winning the next election, but then they can win the next of the next and nothing really gets done to them.
@HannibalAteMeOut I don’t think it can be argued that 45 took that to the nth degree and ran with it. Like I said, the number of people associated with him who ended up arrested is pretty significant. So "they all do it" isn’t valid when one is still experiencing legal fallout as a result of his actions.

Thanks, Obama 🙄

Regretfully, it is Congress that passes Budgets. Both parties own the debt and raid on SSN Trust, etc. over the years.

Cutting taxes without replacing the funds or keeping slending level has done this. Military spending sucks life through inefficient spending (throwing money around) and graft.
ChipmunkErnie · 70-79, M
None of them -- the real problem is the GOP Congress who keep okaying huge expenditures while at the same time giving tax cuts to the rich and to corporations. The President -- whoever he is -- can only propose a budget, it's the Congress who put together the actual budget.

Obama dobled the national debt by taking on more debt that all previous administrations combined. That goes all the way back to Washington.

Obama increased the national debt by 100%
walabby · 61-69, M
@HoraceGreenley President Obama added about $8.6 trillion, about a 74% increase.
Trump added $6.7 trillion to the debt, a 33.1% increase.
I might add that Reagan's increase was 186%, George W's 101%, Woodrow Wilson's 723% and FDR's 1,048%.
Trump could have done a lot worse...
I wonder when all of this debt gets paid back?
HoraceGreenley · 56-60, M
@walabby it doesn't
HoraceGreenley · 56-60, M
@walabby In absolute dollars Obama added $9 billion in debt when the national debt was already $9 billion. In absolute dollars it was the most national debt added. Of course these amounts would have to be adjusted for inflation to make a fair comparison.

NIxon. He cancelled the gold standard. And pretty much every President since has printed money for their own pet project.😷
The problem is national dysfunction.
People don't want your two parties anymore but the ecocide proceeds!
Congratulations.

Dont let actual facts get in the way of Trump being the Messiah, "Just Coz."😷

Yeah, but it's somehow Hillary's fault. Or Obama's fault. Or Biden's fault.
