Four years later, when Trump left, the figure was about $27.8 trillion. That’s an increase of nearly 39 percent.

None of them -- the real problem is the GOP Congress who keep okaying huge expenditures while at the same time giving tax cuts to the rich and to corporations. The President -- whoever he is -- can only propose a budget, it's the Congress who put together the actual budget.
