The Barnum bit is true, though. I can almost guarantee the subpoena will be spun as a win, he'll blame the SCOTUS thing on his lawyers, and Trump Org II seems like an F-You thing to begin with and part of a dance we're only seeing a small part of.

No doubt, he's surrounded by sharks, but the camera is on the fat guy in the boat right now, and I'm kind of thinking his escape plan may be using others as chum.
