@Fungirlvape Ya but todays bail reform did not exist. And crime is so outrageous, for example if you saw or heard a 9 year old child steals public train at 8am on a Tuesday morning and goes on shooting spree and their accomplice was an 18 year old and 44 year old mother of 4 was seen robbing passengers of said train. You could believe it. And they were caught-then back on the streets in 2 hrs. Possible in NYC. (fictional story)
