This is just the first set of charges from the NY AG in the civil matter. As a point of fact, the lawsuit is based on crimes being committed in the false valuation of properties over a lengthy period of time, which constitutes both tax and bank fraud. Criminal charges have been referred to the Southern District of New York and the IRS. Future criminal charges on the tax and bank fraud will come from them. This is far from over. It has just started.
