Al Capone murdered his betrayers by throwing a dinner party and naming them a guest of honor, then smashing open their head at the table in front of everybody with a baseball bat.
Capone was fearless and terrifying to anyone that betrayed him.
Politically Trump is just as capable. If you pretend you're a Republican and betray, you're political career is as done as that guys head at the dinner table.
Thanks for asking.
Such an easy question.

@SteelHands Trump is a coward who can’t even fire people himself.

@LeopoldBloom Meh. Times today are a little different. In the 1920s they didn't have options like we now have.
A kinder, gentler kind of neutralization is how civilized society now operates.
Only vulgar people reveal their agendas and themselves in a doublespeak legalese political climate.
Trump doesn't need doublespeak. He's an actual master of reality.

@SteelHands Trump wasn't alive in the 1920s.
I'm talking about how he can't bring himself to fire people who work for him and has to ask an underling to do it. Also how he likes to bully people who aren't as powerful as he is.
Anyway, it won't matter much longer. He is in deep shit legally and can't find a competent attorney to represent him.

@LeopoldBloom The last president. He's way too honest, huh.
Gotta drum up another Russia collision story complete with a fake pile of paper and undivulgable evidence.
Ryyyyyyyyte. Ya. I'm gonna trust all this crap because Brandon didn't even know it was going down.
Joe should tell the truth. Obviously he can't remember anything.

@SteelHands I don't think there's any Russian collusion, at least not this time. All we know is Traitor Tot had some documents he wasn't supposed to have. As for what he planned to do with them, it really doesn't matter at this point. An American service member who did the same thing would be facing ten years for each one, even if he just wanted to keep them as souvenirs. Twitler doesn't get a pass just because you think he's the Second Coming of Christ, or may be the First Coming.
I have to say, Ivana's casket looked awfully heavy for an old lady who probably didn't weigh 130 pounds soaking wet.

@LeopoldBloom I just have a question. Do you know which party is the author of the 1980s era "national secrecy act?"
And...
True Liberal Americans like John Kennedy said state secrets are repugnant to a free and open society.
Do you not agree?
Ronald Reagan's and Bush 1 set of rules never did sit well with most ordinary Americans.
So what's new? Even a president isn't allowed to know these so called "state secrets?"
Or are we just preventing another
*conspiracy theory* by hushing and suppressing people like Manning, Snowden, Assange?
Has u red the leeks?
Alright then...
If the Democrats weren't really just as fake left, anti liberal, and in bed with the Republican party why would the so called "people's party" be going down this road?

@SteelHands If JFK said there should be no state secrets, he's an idiot. We had spies in the USSR at that time; was he saying that we should reveal their names to the Soviet government? They would have been executed and we would have lost a source of information. The only way "no state secrets" works is if everyone is open. One side being open while the other isn't is suicidal.
I'm aware that many people disapprove of the Patriot Act, mainly for how it allows our own government to spy on us. However, notice that there haven't been any major terrorist attacks since 9/11.
Manning, Snowden, and Assange didn't reveal anything we didn't already know, and Assange has been a Russian stooge since at least 2014. The real crime with Snowden is how that useless pipsqueak was paid $200K working for a contractor, doing a job that a $50K GS-9 could have done. Of course he hasn't said anything about that.
The Democrats and Republicans both agree that the US should continue its existence as a constitutional representative republic, so people assume that makes them identical. But there are major differences, as the Dobbs decision just proved.
Trump broke the law and needs to be held accountable even if lots of people love him.

@LeopoldBloom I stopped reading after your first sentence because it shows you know nothing.
JFK was a little smarter than some, a lot smarter than most, and ten times smarter than the current best. The last honest Democrat.
He knew exactly what his job was no matter what that was at the time, did it excellently and was murdered for it.
Now the garbage people have lots of lies they tell about him I am aware. However. I know a little bit about people that very few could ever grasp why I know.
