Leaving aside the fact that no one but Trump ever thought idiots like his supporters would buy exxoneration, it appears that the deep state(s)' actions in terms of persecuting or defending office holders during the Trump years are still being witheld.
The nuts and bolts here, and the refusal to release stuff because of a "deliberative process" privilege when the decision was non-existent because Trump was off limits from the get go is fascinating, but it's probably not worth speculating about until the en banc and/or cert. process is over.
