The DOJ asked the Court to unseal the Trump Search warrant?

That's rich, and weird as hell.

I'm not buying that it actually makes Garland "partisan" politically, but it's a great move for the prosecution bound by law and custom working against a potential criminal/suspect who's willing to lie about anything and everything and never be subjected to perjury.

We'll see how it plays out.

My first reaction was yes it’s really too weird and catering to the far right and their followers, but it’s likely a good move since it demonstrates the DOJ has nothing to hide here and Trump’s group would likely produce a fake warrant and list soon anyway.

@BackyardShaman Garland's playing a game I wish he didn't have to play, but it seems like a great move on his part and one that Trump will likely struggle with.

We'll see how it works out, but my guess is it may save lives in the shorter term since Trumpists have already started attacking and this may make it easier for the DOJ/Deep State/Government to defend itself.

It's scary, though, escalating things, when bloodshed and carnage is a tool one side embraced and the other is reluctant to go through.
