The DOJ asked the Court to unseal the Trump Search warrant?

That's rich, and weird as hell.

I'm not buying that it actually makes Garland "partisan" politically, but it's a great move for the prosecution bound by law and custom working against a potential criminal/suspect who's willing to lie about anything and everything and never be subjected to perjury.

We'll see how it plays out.

Trump could release it. He could also argue against unsealing it. I don't see that happening. Transparency doesn't usually follow "the Fifth."
