@LILY61 That behavior was certainly shocking, and pre-planned. It was not the spontaneous event that Pelosi would like everyone to believe it was. But you will note that the National Guard is now deployed to protect the government in power. The military is not taking sides.

@LILY61 I don't believe for one moment that your fears, (which obviously inspired this post), are valid. Our military are demonstrably Democrat...or at least the top brass are. My father, a Bird Colonel, was a Democrat.

@4meAndyou well, that is nice to hear. i just always think about all the military people i have known personally and they are all Republicans who think we should "blow the sh!t out of " anything they don't agree with. then there is the fact that most people in military are not top brass with education and experience in war. they are raging little idiots that got into the military because they want to carry a gun and shoot at stuff. those are the ones that scare me

@4meAndyou You're right. When I was in a 65 day VA rehab, I was nearly attacked for defending Trump during a Trump bashing festival in the chow hall. There are a lot of soybean soldiers out there! The Pentagon itself is jumping on the "woke" bandwagon. Very weak and very pathetic, and, worst of all, extremely scary that so many spineless people are most likely going to be actively fighting China and Russia within the next ten years.

There is nothing false about what i said because it is just what the old military Republicans i knew said. it doesn't mean they are right...they also think that any man that wears a mustache is a Commy...that all cats are snooty....that women are a lower form of human...that all black people are dangerous and stupid...and that if a doctor prescribes it to you, it isn't dangerous.

And weirdo ex-military dudes coming back to America and shooting up people because they went crazy when they went across the pond...that is not even an unusual scenario...and now you will say that i am saying that everyone that goes into the military goes crazy.

Americans have been showing their crazy very openly and publicly for the past year and i think things are getting worse by the moment. and after the Capital incident, our Crazy has been imprinted on the minds of every other human in the world. They now think that we are all like that and it is the fault of those idiots that had to storm the castle and try to kill the prince. and yes, they went there to murder Pence.
