@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout Truly rich people always have passive income through assets like real estate, which is taxed totally differently and at a less rate than earned income from salary. Their salary is only a small part of their total income, if they even have a salary at all. At least in the US, there are legal ways to sell real estate and put that money into an account meant for buying even more expensive real estate, and not pay any taxes on it. Anti-capitalists call it “unfair”.
