If he had ever gone into the National Archives and read the Preamble to our actual Constitution, perhaps DJT would have learned that one of the reasons for establishing the Federal government was to "promote the general Welfare", not "kill as many Americans as possible through wilfully ignoring/denying all relevant facts of a global health crisis."
