I just want to know what peoples feelings are on this one after years of talks between former superpowers to try and end the mistrust and suspicion and talks to reduce the nuclear arsenals of such countries as a token gesture why do I read today that trump is trying to open old wounds and start a new arms race between the americans Russians and Chinese I always thought of Reagan as a war monger but trump is not happy it is quiet obvious he will not be happy until he has started a conflict
