i see johnson has been give an triple kick in the pants today losing two bye elections. one a safe tory seat to the liberal democrats and a seat they took from labour in the last general election but now reclaimed by labour .a third was a resignation by your party chairman who can no longer be so . can johnson not get the message he is a liability and and an embarrassment to his party . how long will he try to cling on too power is this determination to ride it out or arrogant pride

It's not even about pride for him, it's about HIS career even at the cost of the country. The only way we're getting him out is by physically dragging him out while he digs his nails into the carpet of no 10. He doesn't have shame, he doesn't care.

@Ryannnnnn obvious he is not prepared to fall on his sword for the good of his party and country .will he end up the fate that befell thatcher and the long night of the knives

@smiler2012 At this point I'd say it's the Tory party in general considering what they've done to this country in just over a decade. Johnson (not even his real name btw) wants the party to go down with the raft and the party wants us to go down with the ship. They're an utterly cruel, contemptuous embarrassment and they don't deserve to be in government for another 20 years minimum.

He gets away with much more than any other leader has and yet he's still there.

@Justenjoyit spot on. There really isn't anyone who could or would take over.

@meggie is that just showing how weak and spineless the british tory party are 🤫

@smiler2012 some of it but also with what's happened with brexit and also the state the country has been left in since lockdown plays a big part in it too. People are struggling financially with all the gas, electricity, fuel, food etc costs so the country is in one hell of a mess.

It's not much fun waking up in the morning in England these days and finding he's still there!

He needs to go.

Why did you guys vote for him again? Brexit?
smiler2012 · 56-60
@Fukfacewillie that is one of the reasons yes but at the last election party had it own liabilty in jeremy corbyn . he was too left wing for the british people to stomach and i am a labour man through and through . bad prime minister as johson has been there was no real way to stop him getting back into office sadly . this was rather a problem labour suffered in the 1983 with michael foot and in 1987 and 1992 election with neil kinnock at the helm ofthe labour party

@smiler2012 Ahh, the ol’ lesser of two evils. At least you don’t have an American conservative. Abortion outlawed now, voting rights removed, gun obsessed America.
Justenjoyit · 61-69, M
Just wheel the bin up and thow him away
