Possibly. He was a pretty brilliant leader until he decided to turn on Russia. Perhaps that one disastrous decision he made shows that he might not have been any smarter than the average person.

@Primnproper: Fidel Castro is also evil guy in way he is living a better life than everyone in Cuba when most Cubans are starving. But soon Fidel Castro will have his time to die. Than one day Castro regime will end & hopefully Cuba has true democracy for the people of Cuba. They deserve a change in leadership 🇨🇺
