If i was a real estate billionaire

Id have a big skyscraper hotel in the city.
Hire homeless people at $8 an hour
and give them a part of the hotel for housing ..

Just sayin.

Mininum Wage is twice that in NYC, the state will have you in court fast. And some of those homeless will try to build a meth lab in a janitors closet somewhere in the hitel, and it will explode.
