just a question about the depp / heard story...

where are all the feminists arguing for equality? the metoo protesters, the people out advocating for abuse victims etc? when a guy abuses a woman they are all over that, ranting and raving but now that it's a woman abusing a guy they are very quiet.

for groups all about equality it's interesting that they don't seem as vocal when it goes the other way.

@Iwillwait We live in a world where hysterical social media makes it possible to destroy people with innuendo and unsupported accusation. Being found innocent in the aftermath does little to undo the damage.

Most women who are feminists I know are on Depp's side.
Bear in mind feminism isn't a monolith. You kind different branches, waves and ideologies.
