What is cleavage etiquette??? [I Want to Be Happy And Make Others Be Happy]

I am completely lost on this subject.
When you have your breast on display am I supposed to only look when you can't catch me??
Am I supposed to get caught looking and slyly avert my eyes after a spell??
What is the breast protocol in this matter?
I must know.

yeh i don't get it, women do it at my work, then when a bloke ogles they start huffing, I'm like do you or do you not want the attention?

if i wore a low cut top id want the ogling, if i didn't wear a low cut up i don't.
