What is cleavage etiquette??? [I Want to Be Happy And Make Others Be Happy]

I am completely lost on this subject.
When you have your breast on display am I supposed to only look when you can't catch me??
Am I supposed to get caught looking and slyly avert my eyes after a spell??
What is the breast protocol in this matter?
I must know.

It’s so hard to to look. A few times I believe I’ve been caught looking. I don’t know what they thought about it.

But if one would say catch me and the she would ask if I liked and said look all you want (which will probably never) happen it would still be strange to look.

Me and my wife had a mutual friend that flashed me right in front of my wife. She wanted me to buy her a pack of cigarettes I was joking what do I get I was going to get them for her she was a good friend of the time.

My wife was right there and it somehow went to her flashing and she did it.
