How do you treat those who do nothing for you?

I am kind and kind-hearted. I don't change colours to suit the room I am in or the people I am with. Perhaps that's why I am often in a room alone. People seem to see a vulnerability in me that they mistake for being naïve, child-like, or impressionable. On the surface I am all those things, but I use those qualities as a way to measure the character-quality of others.

I always try to give kindness first. I may never know if it's received, or even the kind of kindness I try to give is the kind they want, but I always try to remember that and being a person is not always easy together. If I can make someone smile, it brings a smile upon my face.

I try be kind. How I want people to treat me, I do to them. But at the same time, I really do enjoy my loneness

I treat them with warm dignity, but I also don’t transpose an imagined story on them either.
I’m compassionate, not self-destructive though.

Yes, if a person shows me respect I will do the same for them.

The same. I do nothing in return.

Those are all questions with complicated answers. I believe that I'm always showing who I am, and that I don't change a lot depending on where I am. I believe that peoples should be treated with respect and love, but love can take many forms. I believe that I'm a dude who only wants what's best for this world.

They have to show me that they deserve my kindness
