Desmond landed a punch on my dad during training and he feels awful for it 🥺

I’m trying to tell him not to feel bad and my dad was telling him too. My dad used to be a boxer and trains MMA fighters today. He’s tough as hell and has probably taken worst shots from fighters who are younger and stronger. The whole point of that training he was doing was to see if he could break through my dad’s defense. He should be considering it a success! Desmond is such a sweetheart, though. He feels bad because he hit my dad real hard, but again, my dad is strong even for his age. Not to mention my dad is very laid back. If anything, he probably respects Desmond even more for it now.
