We never know what kind of a day people are having that makes them lash out at people, so we shouldn't lash back at them.

Kindness can change the world. But it has to be from the heart and not be just a show. Pretending to be kind doesn't work.

I think a lot of people have learned to live in pretense just to get by - just to survive.
