Do not hold reservations against a person for their lack of belief for even the most dismal heart can do kind acts.

No one is bad all the way through. Even the most bereft heart can still manifest good actions which will affect the quantum mechanics of events in a positive way.

No. There are people beyond any hope of good. Religiously there are people that do not have a soul and are thus not human or animal.
