Give me one positive idea, resolution or thing for 2024

@akindheart I'm sorry to hear that honey. I sure know what you mean. I have had bone-on-bone in both knees, gosh, at least 15 years now. I'm wanting to get the shots that will actually fix it, but they're too expensive. It hurts to walk, but some days are better than others and right now with my healthy eating plan, I plan to walk normal again within the next year. I was doing well for a while and I messed up, so this time I will make sure I succeed. The more weight I lose, the better I'll be able to walk and then I have to do the knee exercises to strengthen those muscles around my knee. A few years ago I shattered my left shoulder and also broke my upper arm at the same time, so I'm limited and how far I can reach and do other things. I had to have a shoulder replacement.

@LadyGrace the shots are called PRP and they were offered to me too. i refused. no guarantee they work. so far, i am healing but the 3 boxes of Chocolate for Christmas didn't help. lol. get better

@akindheart yes I know. I just didn't name them because I figured people wouldn't know what they were but that's what I want and I know many have had very successful results with them. I really want that so bad for both knees. Yep! And that red velvet cake sure didn't help me either. 🤣😂🤣 You get better too. 👍

@akindheart Even if I had the money, there's no place for miles around, that gives them. I would give anything to have them. It would cost too much for me to go get it done with the expenses and all. I don't know why they don't give them around here but I do know it takes a real specialist and they haven't been around that long I don't think.

@LadyGrace i think that is when they take your stem cells out and spin them and inject them back in. down here they are over 5000 and medicare doesn't pay for them.
