Why is happiness so hard to obtain?

Humans were meant to struggle and strive
SW-User
It becomes hard depending on where and how we seek it.
If in ourselves we don't feel wholesome, it is not going to manifest happiness from anything.
If we look for big bangs to bring us happiness, we're going to miss out on the smaller things that we already have that can bring us joy.
It's not actually. The fact that people disagree with my answer is one of the reason they are not happy.

Happy is different for everybody.
I believe it's a stop on my life's journey , not the destination.

Sometimes you get multiple stops sometimes you don't.

Life sucks at times it's part of life too.

Because we are never happy with what we have and always assume that there must be more. We miss out on a lot of happiness because we don't see it until it is gone.
Not hard. Just that everyones' sources are different. Also, enforcing those sources on each other does no good.
Keep marching ahead.

Good question, I don't know, but a gram of weed would cost ya around 10 dollars

Because it's fleeting and not meant to be permanent...it's unrealistic

Maybe it’s our expectations that are too high
You need to creat it by yourself

Find happiness in the little things.

Just work and grow and if you are lucky after many years you will become happy within yourself after that you dont need anything else

Because we look for outwardly instead of inwardly
Rokasu · 36-40, M
@empanadas I mean you're not wrong but what if looking inwardly is equally as destructive?
empanadas · 31-35, M
@Rokasu work on inner peace. Which therapy could help
candycane · 31-35, F
I don't think it is
candycane · 31-35, F
@Rokasu I'm happy

@candycane Ey grats. What sacrifices did you have to make for that? Or does your partner just selflessly love you?
candycane · 31-35, F
@Rokasu have no partner. Don't want one.
