Do You Know Your Inner Man?

Do you know that there's more to you than flesh and blood?

The feelings you feel inside, the happiness, the heartbreak, the joy etc who really feels them cause it definitely ain't your flesh and blood yet your physical form gets affected by it.

If there's an inner man what is he made of. How do you feed him?

I try not to feed my inner self, because it is quite detrimental to my health, all the self hatred.
