I Am Trying to Find Happiness

For a lot of people, their attention seems to be focused on how they look, dieting and losing weight, being thinner, becoming a bit more athletic, some people try to lose weight fast, but are unable to maintain it and they put it back on again.

It doesn't make you feel very good, now does it? How can this change?

Many factors, fitness and physical exercise is important, you can either go light, moderate or heavy. Whatever works for you!

Also, food! Have cravings? Can we reduce them? Can we go cold turkey altogether?

I saw this in a presentation this morning and I thought it could do with sharing around as a positive meme and something that will inevitably improve your physical and mental health. After weighing up, diets to eating mindfully. What do you think is better for your overall health and happiness? What will you take away from this?
