Have you ever fired a gun?

I have to admit, target shooting is fun. My husband has an old winchester cowboy rifle (I don't know the real name, sue me), and my god that thing has got some boom. Super glad he told me to wear a thick coat even though it was warm out, shoulder is still sore.

How about any of you? Fire anything recently?

I used to pre load three cylinders at the range. Quick to swap out then use a reloader to charge them all up during the break

@Onestarlitnight Sounds like the way to go ! Do you use lubed wadding or butter?

I only used wadding in the long guns. Not the revolvers.

With the 50 cal Hawkin i wrapped the ball in a pre lubed patch before ramming it. Didn't patch the slugs
