I start keeping a gratitude journal here again

I get depressed sometimes and was especially depressed yesterday. So depressed that i wrote several posts in a row.

Today i decided to take actions to change my mood, so that i would feel better and to make something to look forward to each day, ie. motivation to live. Years ago i kept a gratitude journal here for 3 years, listing 3 things each time. Now i am doing it again to take myself out from the black hole.

Things i would like to be grateful for and record about:

1. I watched a very good lecture on YouTube, teaching skills on how to give spontaneous speech. I will keep thinking about the points taught and practice them every day. I am grateful for myself for being proactive to look for solutions to fight against the fear of talking/giving speeches/arging with others. I am grateful to have come across this good quality video.

2. I got my lazy bone to do 30-minute yoga tonight. I am gratful for my proactiveness again to take good care of myself. I will do it again tomorow and onwards too 💪.

3. I am grateful that my baby niece whom i am living with slept for 3 hours very well in the afternoon so i had 3 hours of freedom to take a nap and watch the youtube video lecture.

Yeah what a great start again.
Last night, I felt like having an heart attack. It was sinking with pain. Reasons? No idea. Probably stress.
